The updated weight training regimen through June 6: Tuesdays: Session 1 5:00pm-6:30pm Session 2 6:00pm-7:30pm Wednesdays: All Players 3:10pm-5:00pm Thursdays: Session 1 5:00pm-6:30pm Session 2 6:00pm-7:30pm (There will be NO weight lifting during Spring Break March 25-April 1.)
